THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9539 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.14 seeking to relax the conditions imposed by the Special Judge for trial of Cases under SCs & STs (POA) Act-cum-X Additional District & Sessions Judge, East Godavari District, Rajahmundry, while granting bail to the petitioner vide order dated 9.9.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1173 of 2015 in Crime No.220 of 2015. Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed by the learned Special Judge while granting bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned on or before 10th October, 2015. On such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned. Further, the petitioner is directed not to enter into the Rajahmundry Municipality till filing of the charge sheet. In case of failure to comply with the above conditions, the order passed by this Court and the order by the learned Special Judge shall stand cancelled.
