2. This civil revision petition is filed against the return endorsement dated 16-6-2015 in I.A.SR.No.222 of 2015 in

O.P.No.4 of 2013 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, East Godavari district.

3. Since this Court is of the considered view that notice to the opposite party is not necessary to dispose of the present revision, the learned Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram is directed to entertain the application withdrawing the divorce case O.P.No.4 of 2013 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
