HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI CMA.No.852 of 2015 JUDGMENT:

The matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and an Award has been passed by the Lok Adalat Bench at Hyderabad. The said Award is placed on record.

Perusal of the said Award reflects that though the learned counsel for the appellant did not appear before the Lok Adalat, the Legal Officer of the ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co., Ltd.,/ appellant had appeared before the Lok Adalat and after the matter is amicably settled, the Adalat Bench presided over by a Chairman, who is a former Judge of this Court, had passed an Award. The identity and authority of the Legal Officer, who had appeared before the Adalat, is not in dispute. In view of the above, the CMA is disposed of in terms of the Award of the Lok Adalat Bench at Hyderabad.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
