CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.6254 of 2017 02.08.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the full pension, gratuity and other retiral benefits to the petitioner in terms of order, dated 16.08.2016, in O.A.No.1803 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal') as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.S.Jagadish, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that after notice was issued by this Court, the respondents have complied with the order of the Tribunal and that therefore, the grievance with which the petitioner filed this writ petition stood redressed.

In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.7658 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
