HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.42054 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is preferred by the petitioner seeking to declare the inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in considering the request of the petitioner for regularization of the land admeasuring 50 Sq. Yards in survey No.403, T.S.No.1 bearing H.No.8-2-293/82/PLN/3/9, Padmalaya Ambedkar Nagar, Film Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction for disposal of the representation made by the petitioner on 28.10.2016, at the earliest.

Learned AGP would submit that a suitable direction may be given to the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to deal with the representation submitted by the petitioner on 28.10.2016 seeking regularization in respect of H.No.8-2-293/82/PLN/3/9 situated in survey No.403 at Padmalaya Ambedkar Nagar, Film Nagar, Jubilee

Hills, Hyderabad, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59 dated 30.12.2014 and in accordance with law, at the earliest.
