This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioners alleging willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 25.02.2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.7666 of 2020.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

The learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition has placed on record the instructions given by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sangareddy Division, enclosing the letter addressed to the Hon'ble Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy, dated 09.02.2023, wherein it is stated that the compensation amount has been deposited to the credit of L.A.O.P.No.5 of 1997. 4.

Having regard to the same, this Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed. No costs.
