Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh). 2.

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the application of the petitioner for renewal of notary and certificate of practice, as per the directions of this Court in W.P.No.9655 of 2016 and batch, dated 02.12.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader states that the Deputy Inspector General, Ongole, is the competent authority to renew the Notary, as per the Government's instruction issued by Revenue (REGN-II) Department Memo dated 27.06.2018. The petitioner has to submit his records of notary for inspection of District Registrar, who after inspecting the same would submit an audit report to Deputy Inspector General, Ongole, with a recommendation for renewal of Notary for a further period. It is stated that as per the information from the District Registrar, Ongole, the petitioner did not submit his records for inspection

before the District Registrar, so far. Hence, no action has been taken up so far by the respondents.

In view of the above, the petitioner shall submit his records for inspection before the District Registrar, Ongole, in which event the same shall be dealt with, in accordance with the law, for renewal of the Notary.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 7.
