HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE V.RAMASUBRAMANI AN AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTI CE J. UMA DEVI W.P.NO.30367 of 2018 ORDER: (Per VRS,J.) It is stated by Mr. Mirza Shah Nawaz Baig, the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court the application of the petitioner was received, he was permitted to participate in the counseling and he has also got admission to the course. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
2. Hence the writ petition is closed. The admission already granted to the petitioner shall be taken to have been properly made. There shall be no order as to costs.
3. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
