Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.3 - Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Tirumala, Chittoor District, in registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.08.2018, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of 3rd respondent stating that the said respondent has not received the complaint of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed any acknowledgement with regard to receipt of complaint by the 3rd respondent. As the respondent No.3 disputed the receipt of the complaint of the petitioner and the petitioner has not produced any proof with regard to filing of the complaint, this court cannot grant any relief. However, if the petitioner makes any fresh complaint, 3rd respondent shall receive the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law. With the above observation, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
