THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON No.25759 OF 2013 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) We are informed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services, State of Andhra Pradesh, and Sri B.Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel representing Smt.K.Swarna Seshu, learned counsel for the respondents, that the issue arising for consideration in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of a Division Bench of this Court in P.Khadar Basha v. State of Andhra Pradesh1. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

For reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated order and in terms thereof, this writ petition is dismissed. Interim order dated 03.09.2013 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
