The present Criminal Petition is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.8(3) imposed in Crl.MP.No.416 of 2025 in STC.No.23 of 2025 on the file of the XV Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

Heard Sri K.Mallikarjun, learned counsel for petitioner, and Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent - State.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the by way of impugned order, the trial Court released the petitioner on bail, subject to certain conditions, and the condition imposed in paragraph No.8(3) is regarding directing the petitioner to deposit 10% of the alleged cheque amount in the name of the trial Court, in the form of fixed deposit receipt, to be maintained until the final disposal of the case. In that context, the learned counsel asserted that the petitioner is languishing in jail since 08.10.2025 and is not in a position to deposit Rs.4,00,000/- and is willing to comply

with all the other conditions. Therefore, prayed this Court to relax the said condition.

Considering the averments made, the condition No.8(3) imposed by the trial Court in Crl.MP.No.416 of 2025 in STC.No.23 of 2025 is hereby set aside. However, it is made clear that all the other conditions, as imposed by the trial Court, shall remain unaltered.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
