The petitioners' grievance is that petitioners have applied for mutation and for issuance of pattadar pass books in respect of lands belonging to them to 3rd respondent on 30.12.2013, 22.01.2014 and 30.01.2016, but the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon. 2.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that 3rd respondent will consider petitioners' application and take appropriate decision in the matter within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to consider petitioners'
application and take appropriate decision in the matter within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs.
