The petitioner complains against inaction in disposing of representation, dated 24-07-2009 as illegal and arbitrary. On 11-11-2009 in W.P.M.P.No.31621 of 2009, this court directed 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 24-07-2009 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Having regard to the interim order passed on 11-11-2009, the writ petition is disposed of, as no further order is necessary. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
