This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in appointment of Chairman for A.P.Corporation for Welfare and Development of Most Backward Classes, other than MBC Communities in violation of G.O.Ms.No.17, Backward Classes Welfare (C) Department, dated 08-06-2016. As on today, no appointment is issued in favour of unofficial respondent though learned counsel for the petitioner asserts and the same is not produced. Even in the writ petition also, it is not stated that any Chairman was appointed. In view of the same, writ petition is premature and the same is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the appointment orders if any issued.
