THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4056 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.203 of 2016 on the file of the Court of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri Courts Complex, Malkajgiri. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to urge the points raised in this criminal petition before the trial Court. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to urge the points raised in this criminal petition before the trial Court.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
