This writ petition was filed calling for the records of Reviewing Authority and the Appellate Authority awarding punishment of Compulsory Retirement and stating that it will not be a bar or disqualification for future employment.

The writ petition was filed in the year 2008 and it is now stated that the petitioner died in the year 2010. No petition seeking to implead Legal Representative was filed and even otherwise also, the relief of declaring the punishment of Compulsory Retirement is not a bar for consideration of future employment does not survive in view of the death of the petitioner.
