This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.2 in Crime No.301 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nakrekal Police Station, Nalgonda District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous.

Hence the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
