HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.30520 of 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by inaction of respondent No.2 in giving directions to respondent No.3 to file final report in relation to F.I.R.No.68 of 2017 registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C. inspite of giving representation by the petitioner dated 23-04-2018, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that almost ten witnesses were examined and no foul play has been suspected on the death of deceased. However, report from the Assistant Divisional Engineer, TSNPDCL, Aswaraopet is awaited. Due to which, final report could not be filed and the respondent-police require three weeks time for filing final report. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of giving directing respondent No.3 to file final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
