THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4967 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the order dated 07.6.2017 in Criminal Revision Petition No.193 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, and consequently permit the petitioner to receive the articles seized from his custody in connection with Crime No.85 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Panjagutta Police Station.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file fresh application under Section 451 Cr.P.C., before the trial court, along with relevant documents. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty as prayed for. As and when the petitioner files application under Section 451 Cr.P.C., along with relevant documents, the trial court is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
