CVNR, J & TR, J CC 2038/2017 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.18.04.2017 in FCAMP No.439 of 2016 in FCAMP No.401 of 2013 in FCAMP No.300 of 2013 in FCA No.187 of 2013.

In view of the judgment passed by us today in F.C.A. No.187 of 2013 and the Cross-objections, the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication. The contempt case is accordingly closed.

As a sequel to closure of the contempt case, I.A. No.2 of 2017 (Application SR No.7101 of 2017) filed by the petitioner for condonation of the delay of 32 days in representing the contempt case, shall stand disposed of as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.
