This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 08.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.245 of 2015 in O.S.No.134 of 2008 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge at Bheemunipatnam. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. As per the office note, the trial court disposed of the suit on 03.07.2018.

In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
