ORDER:
As grievance of petitioners relate to the employment in State of Andhra Pradesh, they have to avail remedy as provided under Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 before A.P.Administrative Tribunal. As held by Supreme Court in L.Chandra Kumar v. Union of India and others1, Administrative Tribunal is the Court of first instance to adjudicate the service grievance and aggrieved person has to first to avail remedy before the A.P.Administrative Tribunal. Thus, Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to petitioners to avail remedy as available under the Administrative Tribunals Act 1985.
