This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment dated 02.07.2012 passed in Criminal Appeal No.263 of 2011 on the file of the Court of I Additional Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
