THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5775 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in not following due process of law during the course of investigation pursuant to registration of crime in FIR No.43 of 2016.

This Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case as the investigation is pending. However, it is made clear that the second respondent shall follow due process of law, including the provisions of Section 41-A of Cr.P.C, during the course of investigation.
