THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32648 OF 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the proceedings dated 25.10.2011, issued by the respondent wherein the application of the petitioner for construction of second floor is rejected on certain grounds. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Laxminarayana Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondent.

Now, Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Government has introduced a scheme for regularization of the irregular constructions and since the petitioner wants to avail the said scheme, he does not want to press the relief sought in the writ petition. Recording the aforesaid submission, writ petition is dismissed as not pressed, reserving the aforesaid liberty. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
