THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.806 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that he had submitted a representation on 25.05.2015 to 4th respondent, with regard to making entries of the name of the petitioner in the ROR, but no orders are passed on the said representation as of date.

Counsel for the petitioner also placed on record a memo No.B/478/2009 issued in March, 2009 by the 4th respondent (copy of which is marked to the 5th respondent) to make entries of the name of the petitioner with regard to the subject land in the revenue records for the year 2008-09.

3. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the petitioner's representation within six (06) weeks from today and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.25.02.2015 within six (06) weeks from today taking into account the above memo issued by himself and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
