HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32983 of 2015 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
"...to issue writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of respondents 2 and 3 on the complaint dated 29.06.2015 submitted by petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary."
2. Heard Sri Namavarapau Chanti Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 4, apart from perusing the material available before this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is called, written instructions, dated 16.10.2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jeelugumilli PS, West Godavari District have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home and the said instructions read as under: ".........Basing on the complaint, a case in Cr.No.77/2015 registered under Sections 447, 506 IPC of Jeelugumilli PS, West Godavari District and after conducted thorough enquiry, charge sheet was filed vide CC No.572 of 2015 before the 2nd Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Jagareddy Gudem.
Hence, the allegations made against the respondent police are false and baseless, denied."
4. On noticing the above said instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this Court to record the said instructions and dispose of the writ petition.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of, by recording the written instructions, dated 16.10.2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jeelugumilli PS, West Godavari District. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light
