This petition is filed under Section 24 read with Section 151 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.49 of 2017 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Guntur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to file a fresh application before the appropriate forum. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
