HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.No.5901 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioner-accused to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.114 of 2015 on the file of the Police Station, Korutla, Karimnagar, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C.

2) The 2nd respondent-complainant filed a petition in Crl.P.M.P.No.5890 of 2015, praying to permit him to compromise the matter and another petition in Crl.P.M.P.No.5891 of 2015 praying to quash the proceedings in view of their compromise.

3) Both the parties present before the Court and stated that they settled the claims between them amicably between them and the defactocomplainant stated that the intention of compounding the offences is to purchase peace.

4) On perusal of the First Information Report, the offence under Sections 420 of I.P.C. registered against the petitioner herein is compoundable with permission of the Court as per Section 320 of Cr.P.C. In the interest of justice and the parties wants to purchase peace, permission is accorded by this Court to compound the offences in view of their compromise.

5) Accordingly, the petition is allowed and all the proceedings in Cr.No.114 of 2015 on the file of the Police Station, Korutla, Karimnagar, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

6) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
