HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.26107 OF 2008 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in returning and not recording the minutes of petitioners' society conducted on 29.06.2008 and on other dates for the purpose of recording, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law.

The matter was admitted on 28.11.2008 and subsequently on 30.12.2015 the matter was directed to list on 05.01.2016 along with W.P.Nos.25956 of 2009 and 19831 of 2010. Though the matter was posted to 28.01.2016, on that day there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, hence posted to 03.02.2016 under the caption "for dismissal".

Today also none appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. ____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dated:03.02.2016.
