No representation for the petitioner/Accused No.3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that on filing the charge sheet before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Railway Koduru, the same was registered as C.C.No.267 of 2013 and it was disposed of on 16.04.2016 before the Lok Adalat and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
