This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in insisting upon the petitioners to pay charges/fee for ratifying the admissions made by the Convenor, SWIII.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to institute fresh writ petition on the ground that he has not brought all the facts in the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to institute fresh writ petition. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
