THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 2291 OF 2018 O R D E R :

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the respondent passed order dt.15.04.2019, in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court in the writ petition, but, in the said order the date of petitioner's representation is not mentioned and as such the said order is wrong. It is to be seen that when the respondents passed orders in compliance of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition, the correctness or otherwise of the said order cannot be examined in the Contempt Case. In view of the same, I do not see any wilful violation of the orders passed by this Court by the respondent.

Accordingly the Contempt Case is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 15.04.2019 passed by the respondent, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
