HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.30488 of 2018 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition came to be filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in making efforts to demolish the thatched house and the toilet besides the standing crop in Sy.No.36/13 Gummileru village, Alamuru Mandal, East Godavari District without any authority of law and without following the due process of law, as illegal, improper and arbitrary.

2) Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) on instructions submits that the demolition of toilets and other immovable properties took place in the property situated in Sy.No.60/2 of Gummileru village, but not in Sy.No.36/13 of the said village.

3) In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving a direction to the respondents/Authorities not to interfere with the property in Sy.No.36/13 of Gummileru village, Alamuru Mandal, East Godavari District, except in accordance with law.
