ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A3, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.175 of 2014 of RGI Airport Police Station, Shamshabad, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471 I.P.C. and Section 14 of the Foreigners Act, against him.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. Perused the material on record.

3. It is submitted that the learned Magistrate, who remanded the petitioner/accused and subsequently released him on bail, is insisting the presence of the petitioner/A3 on the date of hearing, even though the charge sheet has not been filed.

4. In view of the above, the Magistrate concerned is directed not to insist the presence of the petitioner/A3 and dispense with his presence on taking a bond from him. The petitioner/A3 shall appear before the Magistrate concerned, on being summoned.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
