THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO W.P.No.3686 of 2017

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not considering the representations dated 19.12.2016 and 29.12.2016 filed by petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

2.

No counter is filed. Heard both sides and perused the material on record.

3.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has submitted representations dated 19.12.2016 and 29.12.2016 to the respondents, no orders have been passed thereon. Thus, he prays to direct the respondents to dispose of the said representations.

4.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representations of petitioner dated 19.12.2016 and 29.12.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 5.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ______________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 5th June, 2017 sj
