.....Petitioner And The State of Telangana, rep.by its Principal Secretary, Social Welfare Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad and others.

.....Respondents The Court made the following:

ORDER:

Petitioner is challenging the order of suspension primarily on the ground that no prior notice was issued before placing her under suspension. Learned counsel for petitioner does not dispute that District Collector is competent to place the petitioner under suspension. A reading of order of suspension would show that disciplinary authority was prima facie satisfied on misconduct committed by petitioner and, therefore, placed her under suspension to take further course of action. Against an order of suspension, remedy of appeal is available. Without exhausting the said remedy, this writ petition is filed. Court is not inclined to entertain writ petition when remedy of appeal is available. Thus, writ petition is dismissed, leaving it open to petitioner to work out her remedy as available in law. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
