This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.255 of 2013 from the file of the Family Court, Guntur and transfer the same to the other Court at Guntur. At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Family Court to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.255 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Judge, Family Court, Guntur, is hereby directed to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.255 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
