HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 1626 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court in W.P.No.15734 of 2015 dated 21.04.2016. After disposal of the Writ Petition it appears that the Government issued a Memo No.5874/SE.Genl./A2/2016 dated 08.12.2016. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader that no proposal was submitted by the petitioner and the present Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order. In the circumstances, without any proposal it cannot be held that the respondents have violated the orders of this Court. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to send the proposal. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
