THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.5890 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.173 of 2015 on the file of VI Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.173 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned VI Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.173 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
