THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No. 41189 of 2016 ORDER: (per SK, J) This writ petition was filed on 25.11.2016 challenging the order dated 27.09.2016 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Hyderabad, in S.A.No.200 of 2016.

The matter was listed for admission on 28.11.2016, 01.12.2016, 05.12.2016, 06.06.2017, 13.06.2017 and 27.06.2017. On every date, an adjournment was sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners. As per the request made on 27.06.2017, the matter is listed before this Court today. However, yet again, a request is made for a further adjournment. 3.

Sri Arvind Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri A.Giridhar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, would state that they were unable to contact the petitioners.

In that view of the matter, as the petitioners seem to have no interest in pursuing this case, we dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
