THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 35621 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in taking preventive action to protect the person and property of the petitioner in respect of his land admeasuring Ac.2-31 guntas in Survey No.10 of Metla Kunta village, Bommarasipet mandal, Mahabubnagar district.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently the petitioner acquired one more acre of land and when it became difficult for him to protect the entire extent of land, he filed W.P.No.28504 of 2015 wherein the respondents filed counter. This Court, after recording the averments made in the counter, closed the writ petition on 11.09.2015 leaving it open to the petitioner to make a written complaint to the police. The petitioner's counsel further submits that pursuant to the written complaint lodged by the petitioner, the police registered a case in Crime No.12/2016 and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

3. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
