ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Certiorari to call for the records and quash order, dated 09.9.2015, in O.P.No.5 of 2013 passed by learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Huzurabad, Karimnagar District.

Mr. Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 07.11.2015, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is mentioned that as the petitioner failed to raise appropriate grounds in the Writ Petition, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to him to file a fresh Writ Petition by raising appropriate grounds.

At the hearing, Mr. Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, reiterated the said request.

In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
