The petitioner who is aged about 75 years complains inaction of respondent No.
in concluding the enquiry initiated in SB/KA/MN/MN/2016/228399 dated 8.8.2016 and ref:
Meeseva Transaction No. ROS 021601158812 dated 14.6.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

I have heard Mr. Mirza Aijaz Ali Baig, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. 3.
The Assistant Government Pleader submits that since notice has already been issued, the third respondent can be directed to dispose of the pending case within reasonable time.

Hence, writ petition is disposed of. The third respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass orders within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to observe that the merits of the claim are not considered and it is for the third respondent to issue notice to all parties, afford opportunity, and pass orders in this behalf.
