Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4. 2.

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition contending that even though the 3rd respondent directed petitioner's reinstatement as Field Assistant in Gurralapalem Gram Panchayat, Laveru Mandal, Srikakulam District by proceedings Rc.No.102/2009/E2/GNV, dt.18.11.2015, respondents 4 and 5 have not implemented the said order till date.

Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, Standing Counsel has produced before me proceedings dt.16.11.2016 passed by the 5th respondent reinstating the petitioner into service as per the order dt.18.11.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent. However, no reason is assigned by the 5th respondent for the delay, in all about a year, in issuing the said order Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the 5th respondent for delaying the implementation of the order dt.18.11.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner without assigning any valid reason. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
