Heard counsel for petitioners and the Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents.

Petitioners' grievance is that 1st petitioner preferred an appeal dt.18.11.2009, against the proceedings dt.12.10.2009 removing her from service, before the 2nd respondent, and that the 2nd respondent has not disposed of the said appeal. 3.

The Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said appeal within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to 1st petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide 1st petitioner's appeal dt.18.11.2009 and communicate his decision to 1st petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
