There is no representation for the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in this Writ Petition is as under: "........to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering nor entertaining the complaint of the petitioner dated 04-01-2014 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the said complaint and to initiate action forthwith."

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 brought notice of this Court that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 04-01-2014, a case in Crime No.73 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 447 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC was registered.

In that view of the matter, no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 6.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
