THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No.7469 of 2011 ORDER :

On 22.9.2017, as there was no representation on behalf of petitioners, in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned to 25.10.2017 finally. In spite of posting the matter on 25.10.2017 finally, learned counsel for petitioners sought time on that day. In such circumstances, the matter was directed to be posted in the 1st week of November, 2017 under the caption "for dismissal". Today, learned counsel for petitioners/A1 and A3 reported that he came to know that the main complaint was withdrawn. In such circumstances, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
