Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, at the outset, submits that the alleged detenu has been arrested on 12.07.2015 in connection with Crime No.29 of 2015, registered at Mangalagiri Rural Police Station. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition.

Writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
