THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No.9178 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Maruthi Jadhav, learned counsel representing Sri B.S. Prasad, learned counsel for the State Bank of India, would state that the loan account in relation to which the proceedings under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, were initiated, which are sought to be challenged by way of this writ petition, was subsequently closed.

Letter dated 07.07.2017 addressed by the State Bank of India certifying this fact is also placed on record. The cause in this writ petition therefore does not survive for consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
